First: Adjust the reserved drainage holes to make them perfectly match the purchased floor drain, as real estate developers usually provide relatively large reserved drainage holes when delivering the property. Among them, the opening diameter of the floor drain grate should be controlled between 6 and 8mm, which can prevent the entry of dirt such as hair, sludge and sand particles.

Second, it should be noted that the number of water inlets for multi-channel floor drains should not be too large. Multi-channel floor drains are products developed in recent years. One main body usually has 3 to 4 water intakes (for the washbasin, bathtub, washing machine and floor drainage). This structure not only affects the drainage capacity of the floor drain, but also does not conform to the actual design situation. Therefore, the number of water intakes for a multi-channel floor drain should not be excessive. Two (the floor and the bathtub or the floor and the washing machine) are fully sufficient.
